Dewatering
Is a process of removal of water from a construction area, as by pumping from as excavation or location where water covers the planned working surface and lowering of the groundwater table in order to obtain a “dry” area in the vicinity of an excavation which would otherwise extend below water.
UEG carryout groundwater control and dewatering work under sub-contract packages matched to our client’s need, with UEG carryout 3 some of the ground related risks if appropriate. Detailed method statements, risk assessments, site records and drawing are produced for all our contracts.
Sub-Contract packages include Engineers, fitters and backup facilities on 24-hour call. All our systems are available with automatic alarm systems and remote monitoring equipment. Resident site operators can give 24-hour emergency cover.
